While Club Kodiak does not offer funding for our guests, we have worked with many agencies and companies over the years, and we are happy to provide our parents with a list of these groups so that they may conduct their own funding research. As well, many guests (from Ontario) with Passport funding are able to apply these funds to their Club Kodiak fees.

At Club Kodiak we offer a 3:1 ratio.

Our advisors break tasks down into manageable chunks and present them in a logical sequence. This way, we can be sure that our guests will achieve more success. We acknowledge every accomplishment and never miss the opportunity to provide positive feedback and recognition.
We de-emphasize competition, stress co-operation and fair play, and model appropriate behaviour and attitude.

How do guests get to & from Club Kodiak? What if they are flying?
Guests arrive and depart Club either by car, bus or plane. You are welcome to drive up to Club Kodiak. Alternatively, we offer a bus that leaves from a Toronto location and goes to Club Kodiak on the first day of most of our sessions.
If your guest is flying to Club, they will be met at Toronto's Pearson International Airport (YYZ) by Kodiak staff and then transported to Club Kodiak on bus. Every year we have several guests that fly into Toronto, so we are able to make the process smooth and easy for your guest.
Where can I get Club clothing?
Club Kodiak clothing is available only in the spring. At that time, we will send out information to our families which will explain how to order.
How are staff selected and trained?
Our staff go through a rigorous interview process before being hired. Our staff includes professionals that are working in a field related to working with neurodiverse populations (teachers, child & youth care workers, social workers, PSW's, etc.) and mature university students who may be working towards a career in one of these fields.
Staff go through a significant training period that is led by instructors that have both experience with Club Kodiak and experience working with the population of guests that attend.
*All staff are required to complete a Vulnerable Sector (Police) Check prior to arrival at Club.
